An anonymous Edo-period Japanese manuscript comprising a finely hand-drawn series of celestial charts depicting the traditional Chinese constellations of the Three Enclosures (三垣) and the Twenty-Eight Lunar Mansions (二十八宿). The work reflects the Edo scholars’ engagement with and adaptation of classical Chinese astronomy, showing precise star groupings and constellation arrangements rendered in a distinctively Japanese artistic style.

Covers with minor soiling, rubbing, and small losses. Lower margins slightly soiled; final four leaves with small water stains.
